COVID-19 Response
Katana Ink’ Services is committed to complying with Public Health Orders issued by NSW Health. We understand that people with disability are more vulnerable to developing illness during a pandemic.
We will manage risks for all people and take into account each person’s wishes, goals and situation with a risk management lens.
What you can do to help us:
- If you suspect that you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19 you should contact your worker immediately to notify them and reschedule services when it is safe to do so.
- If you have had any flu like symptoms in the 48 hours prior to your scheduled support, you should immediately contact the worker to notify and reschedule services.
- If you are contacted by NSW Health and identified as a Casual or Close Contact of a COVID-19 case, and/or required to self-isolate, please notify the worker and or service immediately.
- If you have undertaken a COVID-19 test, the worker and or service will require you to provide proof of a negative result prior to resuming face-to-face supports and services.
